Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information if tracking is available.
Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout or on our website when available. These shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Shipping may take longer during busy seasons, holidays, carrier delays, weather issues, customs processing, or other unexpected events. If your order takes longer than expected, this does not mean you will not receive your items.
Sometimes packages may take longer than expected to process, ship, or arrive. A delay does not automatically mean your order is lost, canceled, or forgotten.
If your order is delayed, please allow extra time for the carrier or fulfillment process to update. Tracking information may also take time to refresh after a package has shipped.
If we are unable to ship your order within the expected timeframe, we may contact you with an update, revised shipping estimate, or available options.
If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with neighbors, household members, your building office, mailbox area, or local carrier.
FidgetZone is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. However, we will do our best to help you review the situation and provide any available tracking information.
If a package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us so we can look into the issue and help determine the next steps.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. FidgetZone is not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address due to incorrect or incomplete customer information.
If you notice an address mistake, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has already been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery times are controlled by the carrier. FidgetZone is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, customs, incorrect address details, or other events outside of our control.
We will still do our best to assist customers with tracking and delivery concerns.
If an order is significantly delayed before shipment, we may provide an updated shipping estimate or offer cancellation options when required. If we cannot fulfill an order, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, duties, or other charges depending on the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our product or shipping prices unless stated otherwise.
Customs processing may also cause delays that are outside of our control.
Shipping delays do not automatically qualify an order for a refund once the order has shipped. Refunds, returns, and exchanges are handled according to our Refund Policy.
